构皮滩发电厂升船机明渠柔性止水装置受力分析与研究

摘要:

构皮滩发电厂升船机通航航道明渠与钢闸首连接采用柔性止水装置,该装置具有设计简单、施工方便、经济实用等特点。根据装置的构造形式,从底座、U形压板、止水橡皮3方面对其受力性能进行分析研究,结果表明,底座焊缝、U形压板强度均能满足使用要求,止水橡皮能够提供双重安全保障。最后,结合计算结果对施工中需要注意的问题进行说明,并提出了优化建议。

Abstract:

Flexible water stop device is connected the open navigation channel of  ship lift and the steel gate in Goupitan Power Plant. The device has the characteristics of simple design, convenient construction, economy and practicality. According to the construction form of the device, the mechanical properties of the base, Ushaped pressure plate and waterstop rubber are analyzed. The results show that the strength of the weld for base and Ushaped plate can meet the requirements, and the waterstop rubber can provide double security. Finally, combined with the calculation results, the problems that need attention in the construction are explained, and the optimization suggestions are put forward.
