摘要:

以思林水电站升船机滑轮为研究对象,针对大直径双辐板滑轮的结构特点,详细介绍了大直径双辐板滑轮制造的工艺路线。针对大直径双辐板滑轮制造工艺中绳槽轧制、绳槽焊接、焊后去应力和滑轮机加工等影响滑轮性能的关键制造工艺进行分析和研究。通过对滑轮残余应力进行检测,结果表明所采用的工艺可有效控制滑轮成型质量,采用振动时效法可有效去除滑轮焊后应力,并为大直径双辐板在升船机上的应用提供重要依据。

Abstract:

Taking pulleys on the Silin ship lift as the research objectthe manufacturing routing of the large diameter doublespoke pulley is introduced in detail according to its structure characteristics.The key manufacturing processes that affect the performance of large diameter doublespoke pulleys,such as rope groove rolling,rope groove welding, postwelding stress removal and pulley machining,are analyzed and studied. The detection results of pulley residual stress show that the technology can effectively control the forming quality of pulleys, and vibration stress relief can effectively remove the pulley stress after welding, which provides an important basis for the application of large diameter doublespoke pulleys on the ship lift.
