超净电袋复合除尘器滤料的选择与分析

摘要:

为研究超净电袋复合除尘器的实际运行效果,依托已投运的10台燃煤机组,对其超净电袋复合除尘器的滤料成分、滤袋过滤风速、出口烟尘质量浓度及除尘器本体阻力进行了分析。由分析可知,超净电袋复合除尘器的除尘效率随过滤风速的增加而降低,而出口烟尘质量浓度随过滤风速的降低而降低,同时通过控制滤袋过滤风速也可以有效地控制除尘器本体的阻力。因此超净电袋复合除尘器通过选择合适的滤料、控制过滤风速,可有效地实现烟尘的超低排放。

Abstract:

To study the operation of ultraclean electrostatic fabric precipitators,the filter media composition,filtration wind speed,dust concentration discharged at outlet and the equipment resistance are analyzed based on 10 coalfired units in operation.The results show that the dust removal efficiencies of ultraclean  electrostatic fabric precipitators reduce with the increase of  filtration wind speed,and the dust concentrations discharged at outlets decrease with the drop of the filtration wind speed.Controlling the filtration wind speed can also effectively control the resistance of precipitator.Therefore,ultraclean electrostatic fabric precipitator can achieve dust ultralow emission by selecting appropriate filtering media and controlling the filteration wind speed.
