摘要:

为了满足日益严格的环保要求并降低工程设备投资、减少运行维护费用,以华电国际十里泉发电厂“上大压小”2×660MW超超临界抽凝供热机组为例,对新型烟气超低排放技术的研究与应用进行了探索。机组取消了产生废水多、维护量大、耗电高的湿式除尘器,采取了全负荷选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝+低低温静电除尘器+高效脱硫协同除尘FGDPlus+管束式烟气换热器(MGGH)的技术方案。机组连续运行2年多后,烟气排放一直满足超低排放要求,完全符合国家严格的环保要求,可为同类型机组建设或炉后超低排放改造提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to meet increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements, reduce investment in engineering equipment and maintenance costs, taking the developing large units and suppressing small ones2×660MW ultrasupercritical condensing heating units in Huadian International Shiliquan Power Plant as an example, the application of gas flue ultralow emission technology was studied. The units removed the wet separator that was of great waste water production, maintenance and power consumption, and adopted a fullload technical solution which was selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration+lowlow temperature electrostatic precipitator+ highefficiency desulfurization collaborative dust removal FGDPlus+media  gasgas heater(MGGH). After more than 2year operation, the flue gas emission has always met the ultralow emission and strict national environmental protection requirements, which can provide a reference for the construction and ultralow emission retrofit of the sametype unit.
