区块链:概览、国际标准及在能源领域的应用分析

摘要: 区块链是新兴技术和持续热点,传统能源向低碳绿色、数字化转型势在必行,基于区块链技术的能源区块链可成为我国能源转型及其模式进化的有效助推器。为系统了解区块链技术及其现状,把握其发展方向,本文首先介绍了区块链技术的起源和历史背景,描述并分析了区块链和分布式帐簿技术的概念、典型特征、类别和发展历程;系统性地介绍了ISO(国际标准化组织)、ITU(国际电信联盟)和IEEE(电气和电子工程师协会)等与区块链和分布式帐簿技术相关的主要国际标准及现状与进程;在此基础上,针对区块链技术在能源全过程中的11个应用场景,分析了发展能源区块链的必要性,总结归纳了能源区块链的6个主要应用风险及其应对措施,以期促进我国能源区块链技术研究与应用的健康与快速发展。

Abstract: Blockchain is an emerging technology and ongoing hot spot, traditional energy transition to low-carbon, green and digitalization is imperative. Energy blockchain based on blockchain technologies can become an effective booster of China's energy transformation and paradigm evolution. In order to comprehensively understand blockchain technology & its current status and get its development direction, this paper firstly introduces the origin and historical background of blockchain, describes and analyses the concept, typical features, categories and development process of blockchain & distributed ledger technologies; main international standards related to blockchain & distributed ledger technologies, such as ISO(International Organization for Standardization), ITU(International Telecommunication Union) and IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), are systematically introduced. In addition, analyses the necessity of developing energy blockchain, describes and analyses 11 application scenarios in energy sectors, studies 6 main application risks of energy blockchain and corresponding anti-measures, with the aim of promoting the healthy and rapid development of energy blockchain researches and applications in China.
