    Blockchain is an emerging hot spot when the transition from traditional energy to low-carbon,green and digitalized one is imperative.Energy blockchain based on blockchain technology can become an effective booster of China's energy transformation and pattern evolution.In order to comprehensively understand blockchain technology and its current status,and get its development direction,the introduction of the origin and historical background of blockchain was made,in which the concept,typical features,categories and development process of blockchain and distributed ledger technologies were described and analyzed. Then,the main international standards related to blockchain and distributed
    ledger technologies came from ISO(International Organization for Standardization),ITU(International Telecommunication Union),IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers),etc.were systematically expounded from their status quo and development. In addition,analysis on the necessity of developing energy blockchain was made according to eleven application scenarios in energy field. Finally,six main anti-measures in risk controlling for energy blockchain were summarized,with the aim of promoting the healthy and rapid development of energy blockchain researches and applications in China.

    With the accelerated progress on internet information technology,renewable energy technology and electric
    power reform,integrated energy service has become an important tactic to improve energy efficiency,reduce energy costs,
    and stimulate the competition and cooperation. Blockchain,as a core technology for innovative development in energy
    industry,is a good match for the integrated energy service model. By analyzing the service model,an integrated energy
    service model with master-slave multi-chain structure based on blockchain was constructed,and the election method for
    main chain nodes and the block structure of the energy blockchain were introduced,and finally the operation mode of the
    integrated energy service supported by blockchain was expounded. The analysis provides a reference for the development of
    the integrated energy model.

    With the industrialization in China,energy and electricity,as the cornerstone for national economy,is attracting

    As an important part of energy internet,micro-grid can facilitate the integration of distributed renewable energy
    and the fusion of data centers.Furthermore,it can reduce carbon footprint by reduce the traditional energy consumption of
    data centers.However,the potential security and privacy issues caused by opacity and uncertainty of energy market leads to
    a lower renewable energy utilization and transaction rates. An opportunistic task scheduling strategy was introduced to
    improve the utilization of renewable energy by dynamically adjusting the workload of data centers.In addition,a dynamic
    smart contract formulation based on blockchain technology was proposed,which effectively reduces the expenses of users
    and boost the interests of the operators. Finally,the strategy was verified upon power generation data from PV cells and
    workload data from data centers.The simulation test shows that the method above can significantly improve the utilization of
    renewable energy and optimize the revenue for both users and sellers.

    Carbon emission permit(hereinafter referred to as carbon)trading is a market and policy tool to promote the
    practice of low-carbon emission and energy conservation in China. In order to stimulate the market circulation of carbon
    trading,guide market players to respond proactively,control greenhouse gas emissions,and actively respond to national
    strategies,a "many to many" carbon trading application was proposed based on consortium blockchain technology. Firstly,
    the application process and architecture of carbon trading system were designed according to the technical characteristics of
    consortium blockchain. Secondly,the application and mechanism of carbon trading were designed,and the execution logic
    of carbon trading based on consortium blockchain was proposed. Then,the mathematical model of carbon trading was
    proposed,and the trading matching method was pointed out.Finally,the carbon trading mechanism and model designed
    were verified by an example. Through the example,it can be seen that the carbon trading mechanism proposed has
    advantage in marketing compared with the traditional wholesale marketing,which can improve the interests of market
    players in the carbon trading and provide a reference for the construction of carbon market.

    We summarized the problems in secured sharing,efficient and value-added utilization of energy internet data.
    Firstly,the challenges faced by energy internet data management were analyzed. Then,the problems and countermeasures
    for current energy internet data management were given. Base on the analysis above,the technologies and theories
    including edge-cloud collaboration technology,blockchain technology,intellectual knowledge,Token Economy and data
    evaluation were anatomized. A solution based on edge-cloud-chain collaboration technology was proposed,which included
    construction of data management architecture,intellectual data,data sharing mechanism and operation system. Finally,
    the study on related fields was made to provide technical support for the energy internet data sharing and operation.

    If the energy and power data are illegally exported or tampered with,national security will be seriously
    threatened. Taking the database with energy and power characteristic from North China Electric Power University for
    example,the current situation and existing problems of database management are analyzed. Based on the consortium
    blockchain technology,a technical solution with dual authentication for the database and users' identity information is
    proposed. This solution can strengthen information security certification,improve the security factor of the database,and
    protect the rights of data contributors. Based on the anti-tampering and traceability of the blockchain technology,the
    traceability management model and procedure for the energy and power database are put forward.Taking Hash algorithm to
    obtain anti-counterfeit labels for documents and recording them in the block can provide credible evidence for the safety
    supervision and traceability of the document,and can effectively prevent energy and power data from being tampered with
    by malicious visitors. Solutions and ideas for efficient supervision and secured sharing of energy and power databases are
    provided.

    Cable network is an important component of intelligent electricity distribution network. Its planning,
    construction ,operation and maintenance are not only confined to power system,but also related to the coordination
    between underground resources of multi-energy systems ,and the overall planning and construction of regional underground
    pipelines. Therefore,it is very important to study how to effectively improve the lean management level of distribution cable
    network. As a distributed shared database technology, blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization,
    transparency,fairness and openness,which coincide with the requirements of the lean management on distribution cable
    network. The management demand of distribution cable network is analyzed from planning and construction to operation
    and maintenance. Then,the application direction of the blockchain technology in the lean management of distribution
    cable network is explored from three dimensions,object,function and attribute. And by analyzing two application
    scenarios of blockchain which are the occupation certification of underground pipelines and the fusion of decentralized
    multi-agency and multi-energy systems,the application mode of blockchain technology in the lean management of
    distribution cable network is illustrated. Finally,the opportunities and challenges of the blockchain technology in

    s the boost of electric power big data,the diversity and complexity of its customers,services and service
    process has brought prominent security problems. Blockchain is capable in achieving the consistency,traceability and
    confidentiality of electric power big data,and can also be taken as a core technology in building a security assurance system
    for the data. We analyze the vulnerability and current threats of the assurance system for electric power big data system at

    Energy internet is a distributed,open,diversified and emerging energy system,and its participants are of
    diversity as well. In order to solve the problem affecting credible,safe and efficient energy trading among various
    participants,blockchain technology is introduced into the trading on energy internet.Constructing a trading platform based
    on hyperledger technology,and considering the needs of an energy internet project,the participants are divided into six
    roles which are energy users,dispatching center,energy suppliers,trading settlement institutions,integrated energy service

    Quantum computing and its inspired algorithms have developed rapidly in recent years,and have become the hot
    spot in optimization and artificial intelligence fields. With the clean and intelligent development of China's electric power
    industry,quantum computing has gradually been being applied in the optimization control on thermal power units and has
    obtained certain achievements.Starting by a brief introduction to quantum computing basic theory,the progress of quantum-
    inspired algorithm in optimization control on thermal power units is expounded in details. The opportunities and challenges
    of quantum computing in this field is analyzed from multiple aspects including the quantum swarm intelligence optimization
    algorithm,the quantum genetic algorithm and machine learning algorithm. At last,the prospects of quantum computing in
    the optimization control on thermal power units are summarized.
