摘要: 讨论了采用超声导波检测电站锅炉主汽管道的可行性,选择了合适的导波模式。试验结果表明,采用超声导波检测主汽管道是可行的。超声导波检测可有效检测出深度1.5mm、宽度0.2mm的内、外表面直槽且检测速度大大高于传统的逐点检测方法。

Abstract: The feasibility of applying ultrasonic guided waves in detection of power boiler main steam pipe was discussed. The proper guided wave mode was selected for experiment. The experimental result shows that the detection of main steam pipe applying ultrasonic guided waves is feasible. In the experiment, the notch with depth of 1.5mm and width of 0.2mm in inner surface and outer surface of a pipe were detected, and the detection was much faster than traditional point-by-point detection method.
