摘要: 电磁环网是指不同电压等级运行的线路,通过两端变压器电磁回路的联结而并联运行。分析了电磁环网存在的问题,提出了电磁开环的一系列准则问题,包括静态稳定、动态稳定和经济性等。介绍了多层模糊综合评价方法在电磁开环的具体应用,基于多层模糊综合评价的电磁环网开环方案的实现切实可行,具有实际意义。

Abstract: The electromagnetic loop operation means that the lines with different voltage classes operate parallel which connected together through the electromagnetic circuit by using transformers in the two terminal. The problems existing in the electromagnetic loop operation were analyzed. A series of rules for electromagnetic loop opening was put forward which includes static stability, dynamic stability and economic efficiency etc. The concrete application of synthetical, multilayer fuzzy evaluation method was introduced. The author believes that the electromagnetic loop opening scheme based on synthetical, multilayer fuzzy evaluation is feasible and has practical significance.
