水轮机座环蜗壳三维有限元分析

摘要: 应用三维有限元分析方法对水轮机座环蜗壳进行了分析和计算,得到了座环蜗壳在水压试验工况下的应力和结构位移的计算结果。计算结果表明,在材料屈服强度满足的情况下,蜗壳的运行是安全的。

Abstract: The stay ring and spiral casing of hydraulic turbine were analyzed and calculated by using the 3D-FEM analysis, and the stress and displacement calculating result of stay ring and spiral casing under hydraulic pressure test condition were obtained. The calculating result shows that when the yield strength of material is satisfiable, the spiral casing operation will be safety.
