摘要: 介绍了中国石油广西石化1000万t/年炼油工程动力站概况和脱硫工艺方案的选择,对石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺和氨-肥法脱硫工艺的优缺点进行了比较。结合广西石化公司的具体情况,选出了一套符合炼油厂实际的烟气脱硫方案,供同类型工程制订脱硫方案时参考。

Abstract: The general status of power station in 10Mt/a oil refining project of Guangxi Petroleum & Chemical Corporation of China National Petroleum Corporation was introduced. The selection of its desulphurization scheme was described. Both advantages and disadvantages of limestone gypsum wet desulphurization process and ammonia fertilizer process were compared. Combining with concrete situation of Guangxi Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, a flue gas desulphurization scheme was selected which is accordant with refinery practical situation. This scheme can be used as a reference for similar projects.
