摘要： 介绍了哈尔滨第三发电厂经济运行优化管理系统的开发与应用情况，分析了系统各模块的功能，提出了完善系统的几点思路，为开展节能对标工作提供了有效依据。

Abstract: The development and application of economical operation optimizing management system in Harbin Third Power Plant were introduced, the functions of each module of the system were analyzed, and some threads for perfecting the system were put forward. The system is helpful for energysaving benchmarking management.
