主变压器冷却器的散热改造

摘要: 对石塘水电站#2主变压器冷却器改造的必要性和改造方案进行了介绍。对#2主变压器冷却器改造前后的冷却效果进行了对比。比较了前后2年(2006,2007年)典型运行工况下的主变压器温度变化情况。分析了在冷却器改造过程中的不同工况下冷却效果,进行了逐级完善,以期使主变压器冷却器改造取得最佳经济运行效果。

Abstract: The reformation necessity of cooler of main transformer No.2 in Shitang Hydropower Station was introduced, the reformation scheme was described. The cooling effects of main transformer No.2 cooler before and after reformation were compared. The temperature variations of main transformer at 2006 year and 2007 year under typical operation condition were compared. The cooling effects under different condition during cooler reformation process were analyzed, and the perfections were accomplished stage by stage, so the optimum economic effect of the reformation project was obtained.
