摘要: 对整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)电厂NOx排放控制和系统效率提高进行了理论分析和计算,从热效率、技术风险、经济性等方面对氮气稀释方案和W+SCR方案进行了比较研究,得出了W+SCR方案脱除NOx为目前最为经济可靠的降低NOx排放的办法,且能提高系统效率的结论。

关键词: 整体煤气化联合循环发电, 氮气稀释方案, W+SCR方案, NOx排放控制, 系统效率优化

Abstract: The NOx emission control and system efficiency increasing of IGCC power plant were analyzed and calculated theoretically. The nitrogen dilution process and W+SCR process were compared in different aspects including thermal efficiency, technical risk and economical efficiency. The conclusion shows W+SCR is the most economical and reliable method at the present time for reducing NOx emission, in addition to this, the system efficiency can also be raised by using W+SCR method.
