摘要: 介绍了西门子1000MW汽轮机的结构特点、低压外缸的结构型式及组合焊接程序。由于低压外缸体积大、焊缝长且多、现场拼装和焊接的工作量很大,若拼装质量不高和焊接变形量过大的话,则使中分面产生间隙,造成真空泄漏,导致气缸中分面螺栓孔错位而无法紧固螺栓。采取了低压外下缸和低压外上缸的组合焊接措施,以确保在现场组装中对低压外缸变形进行控制。结合控制要求,论述了低压外缸组合焊接的主要控制点。

Abstract: The structure features of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical turbine produced by Siemens, the type of LP (low pressure) outer cylinder structure and its assemble welding procedures were introduced. The field-assembly and welding are the heavy work because the outer casing has large volume, many and long welding seams. The low quality of assembly and the large welding deformation would cause the clearance occurring in horizontal split, vacuum leakage and dislocation of bolt hole. The assemble welding technology was adopted in welding of top half and lower half of LP outer cylinder, so its deformation could be controlled in field-assembly. The main control points of melding in LP outer cylinder were described according to the control requirement.
