摘要: 邹县发电厂1000MW超超临界机组锅炉运行中多次出现结大焦块跌落的现象,造成捞渣机事故放渣门鼓开、水封失去、炉膛负压波动、排烟温度升高、过热器受热面壁温不正常上升等问题,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。从燃料特性、锅炉设计以及运行调整等多方面进行了研究,分析查找了超超临界机组锅炉的结焦原因,根据分析结论提出了相应的调整措施。

Abstract: The big slag chunks were formed and fell off frequently in operation of Zouxian Power Plant ultra-supercritical boilers, and these caused some problems, such as the emergency door of the slag-off machine was opened by bulge force, the water seal lost, the negative pressure in furnace fluctuated, the temperature of flue gas rose, the superheating surface went up abnormally etc. The safety, stable operation of units was affected seriously. The reason of slagging in ultra-supercritical boiler was defined by analysis of fuel characteristics, boiler design, operation adjusting and others, and the relevant preventive measures were proposed according to the analysis.
