摘要: 锅炉启动系统是超临界机组的关键技术之一,其与汽机旁路系统是保证机组安全、经济启停、低负荷运行及妥善进行事故处理的重要手段。介绍了超临界机组锅炉启动及控制系统,包括启动系统分类、系统设置特点、启动运行流程等。

Abstract: The once-through boiler start-up system is one of the key techniques of supercritical units. The once-through boiler start-up system and the turbine bypass system are important measures to ensure that the unit start-up, shut-down and operation with low load safely and economically, these are same important for appropriate accident handling too. The start-up and control system of the supercritical once-through boiler were described, which includes the start-up system classification, the features of system configuration, starting process flow and others.
