摘要: 大型凝汽式电厂多采用水环式真空泵作为凝汽器抽气设备。介绍了一种利用制冷设备降低真空泵机械密封水温度提高真空泵出力的方法,通过对比分析,得出了该种方法可以在夏季明显提高凝汽器真空,提高机组的经济性的结论。

Abstract: In the large condensing power plant the water-ring vacuum pump usually used as condenser air exhaust equipment. A method for raising vacuum pump output was introduced, which reduces the temperature of vacuum pump mechanical seal water by using a refrigeration equipment. The conclusion drawn by analysis and comparison is that this method can raise condenser vacuity obviously at summer, and the economical efficiency of the generation unit can be raised.
