超临界机组燃烧控制策略

摘要: 超临界机组中锅炉的协调主要为风、水、煤的协调,控制指标为风煤比和煤水比。详细介绍了磨煤机转速控制、一次风量控制、二次风量控制、过燃风控制、氧量修正控制、燃油压力控制、炉膛压力控制等控制模块的原理,提出了在系统的设计中风煤比的控制应在静态平衡的前提下考虑动态下的风煤交叉联锁,保证动态过程中风大于煤,确保锅炉的稳定燃烧的控制策略。

Abstract: The coordination of supercritical boiler operation is coordination of air flow, water flow and coal mainly, the controlling indications are coal-air ratio and coal-water ratio. The principle of the control modules which includes mill rotating speed control, primary air control, secondary air control, overfire air control, oxygen content correction control, fuel oil pressure control, furnace pressure control etc. was produced in detail. The control tactics to ensure boiler stable combustion were put forward which demands that in the system design the dynamic cross interlocking of coal and air flow must be considered on the precondition of static balance for the coal-air ratio control, and the air flow must be greater than coal at the dynamic process.
