摘要: 对于百万千瓦等级核电机组的凝结水精处理,因处理水量大,常规球形离子交换设备不能满足运行要求,而采用大直径柱状高流速离子交换设备在实际工程中还没有成功运行的案例,结合实际工程开展了相关的课题研究,并取得了积极的成果。

关键词: 百万千瓦等级核电机组, 凝结水精处理, 离子交换设备, 树脂扰动

Abstract: The normal spherical iron exchange equipment can not satisfy the operation requirement of condensing water fine treatment in 1000MW level nuclear generation unit due to the large water flow needed. And in engineering practice the large-diameter iron exchange column has not success operation instance yet. The relevant project research was developed combining the practical engineering, and positive result was obtained.
