摘要: 论述了超临界锅炉螺旋管圈水冷壁的特点,对超临界锅炉水冷壁在设计过程中应注意的问题进行了分析,介绍了扬州第二发电厂二期工程在设计1956t/h超临界变压运行直流锅炉水冷壁时关键参数的选取情况。

关键词: 超临界直流锅炉, 水冷壁, 螺旋管圈, 质量流速, 设计思想

Abstract: The features of spiral-wound tube water wall in supercritical boiler were expounded. Some problems needing attention in the water wall design process of supercritical boiler were analyzed. The selection of key parameters in water wall design were presented which is used in 1956 t/h, supercritical, variable pressure operation, once-through boiler of Yangzhou Second Power Plant project phase II.
