摘要: 第1代气垫带式输送机存在诸多问题,影响了运行效果。从设计理论、设计方法、气箱结构、断面形状、节流孔布置方式、风源匹配、供风装置等方面进行了创新型改进,推出了第2代气垫带式输送机,解决了第1代产品使用中产生的问题,为气垫带式输送机在电力行业输煤系统的应用提供了参考。

Abstract: There are many problems on the first-generation air cushion belt conveyor which influences its operation effect. The innovative improvement of the design theory, design method, construction of air box, section shape, throttle orifice location mode, air source matching and air supply device were accomplished, so the second-generation air cushion belt conveyor was launched. The problems of the first generation product were solved, and a reference for application of air cushion belt conveyor in power plant coal handling system was offered.
