摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据华电国际邹县发电厂1000MW机组锅炉建设的实际情况，在工程建设过程中，对锅炉设备选用以及锅炉受热部件制造中的生产管理进行了论述。强调了应加强过程管理以防止锅炉爆管，强化了施工组织组织协调和管理方面的工作，进行了现场调试和运行管理，对安装调试中出现的问题进行了处理。

Abstract: According to the boiler building process of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant, the production management about boiler equipment selection and boiler heating parts making was expounded. It was emphasized that must strengthen process management to prevent boiler tube cracking. The construction organization, coordination and management were strengthened, the field commission and operation were managed, the problems occurred in erection and commission were handled.
