摘要: 从汽轮机高压缸鼓风的机理、引起鼓风的启动方式、影响鼓风的因素、防止鼓风的措施等方面,对汽轮机高压缸尾部鼓风进行了全面的分析。结合600MW汽轮机高压缸鼓风故障事例,剖析了故障起因,对汽轮机安全稳定运行将起到一定的技术指导作用。

关键词: 高压缸, 排汽温度, 鼓风现象, 故障分析

Abstract: The blast fault at tail of high pressure cylinder of turbine were analyzed comprehensively, which includes the mechanism of blast fault of turbine high pressure cylinder, the startup mode leading blast fault; the factors influencing on blast, prevention measures and others. The fault reasons were dissected combining with the examples of blast fault of high pressure cylinder of 600MW turbine. The result will can play a certain technical instruction roles on turbine safety, stable operation.
