600MW超临界机组汽动给水泵全程上水经济性分析

摘要: 在600MW超临界机组启、停过程中,通常使用电动给水泵向锅炉供水,待机组负荷达到30%BMCR后才启动汽动给水泵并入系统向锅炉供水。通过不断努力和摸索,某厂成功实现了600MW超临界机组在启、停全过程使用汽动给水泵向锅炉供水,而电动给水泵此时处于停运备用状态。这种上水方式的优化运行,有效地节省了大量电能,提高了机组运行的经济性。

Abstract: The electric pump is usually used to feed water for boiler during the startup and shutdown processes of 600MW supercritical units, the turbofeed pump starts to work until the unit load reaches 30% BMCR. Through continuous exploration, one power plant has used successfully the turbofeed pumps to feed water for boiler of 600MW supercritical unit during the whole process of startup and shutdown, and the electric feed pump was only as backup, this optimal way of feeding water is effective on saving electricity and increases the economical efficiency of unit operation.
