基于小波分析的汽轮机振动故障诊断

摘要: 基于小波分析对汽轮机振动的故障诊断展开研究,介绍了傅里叶变换和小波分析的基本原理,分析了小波分析在定位振动信号成分上相对于傅里叶分析的优越性,并对仿真信号进行了验证。利用db7小波对信号进行了6层分解,信号分解的细节部分清晰地显示了奇异点的准确位置。分析结果证明,在清楚汽轮机振动故障信号特征的情况下,小波分析能有效地进行汽轮机的故障诊断。

Abstract: Fault diagnosis of turbogenerator was investigated based on wavelet transform. The theories of Fourier transform and wavelet analysis were introduced. The advantages of wavelet transform in locating of vibration signal composition were discussed comparing with the Fourier analysis and verified by simulation signal. By using db7 wavelet, the signal was be resolved into 6 layers, and the accurate position of discontinuity was appeared clearly in the detail of resolved signal. The analysis result shows that if the characteristics of turbine vibration fault signal are clearly known, then the wavelet analysis can be used effectively in turbine fault diagnosis.
