循环水泵双速改造并联运行经济性分析

摘要: 针对双速改造后的循环水泵并联运行的状况,从理论角度分析了双速改造后的循环水泵在并联运行时的工作原理。结合双速循环水泵在并联运行工况下的性能试验,应用最小年费用法,对3种并联运行方案进行了经济性比较,为科学指导循环水泵节能运行提供了依据。

Abstract: The working principle of water circulating pumps, which had been twospeed reformed and operate in parallel mode, was theoretically analyzed. Combining with the performance test of the twospeed water circulating pumps in parallel operation, by using the minimum annual operation expenses method, the economical efficiencies of three parallel operation schemes were compared, providing a foundation for energysaving operation of water circulating pumps.
