摘要: MPR-40C型综合电动机保护装置由于运行时间长,元件老化严重,在运行中已多次发生误动,影响了厂用电供电的可靠性。如果对现有的综合电动机保护装置全部进行更新,需要耗费大量的资金人力且工期较长。对综合电动机保护装置误动的原因进行了调查分析,提出了相应的改进方法。在不更换保护装置的情况下,采取了更换少量元器件、对保护的特性进行调整等措施,从根本上解决了保护装置误动的问题。

Abstract: Due to the service period was too long and the elements were aged seriously, the maloperation of MPR40C type motor comprehensive protection device were occurred repeatedly and influenced on the reliability of auxiliary power. It will need a lot of funds and longer construction period to replace all existing motor comprehensive devices. The maloperation reasons of motor comprehensive protection devices were investigated and analyzed, and relevant improvement methods were put forward. The measures, such as replacing few elements and adjustment the protection characteristics of the devices, were adopted, the problem of protection device maloperation was solved fundamentally and replacing the protection devices was not needed.
