摘要: 介绍了1000MW机组在低负荷状态下存在着凝结水溶解氧的超标问题,结合机组实际,详细论述了排查凝结水溶解氧超标的整个过程,对超标原因进行了分析,制订了相应的措施,彻底解决了凝结水溶解氧的超标问题,为同类型机组解决同类问题提供了借鉴方法。

Abstract: The dissolved oxygen in the condensing water of 1000MW unit at lowload operation exceeded the standard value. Combining with the practical status of the unit, the whole checkup process of overproof dissolved oxygen in condensate was described in detail. The reasons caused the standard value exceeded were analyzed, the proper measures were worked out, and the problem of overproof dissolved oxygen in condensate was solved thoroughly. This provides reference for solving the similar problems of the similar units.
