一起水电厂送出线路断线的原因与对策

摘要: 根据白沙水电厂110kV送出线路断线故障现场的调查,对故障过程进行了介绍,分析了此次断线的主要原因及导线风偏放电30s后存在同时遭受雷击的可能性,提出应根据输电线路所处的微地形与微气候情况,结合各灾害的成灾因子采取相应的防范措施。

Abstract: According to the investigation of 110kV output transmission line breaking fault in Baisha Hydropower Plant, the fault process was introduced, the main reasons of line breaking were analyzed, and the probability of lightning strike of two wires simultaneously in 30s after discharge caused by windage yaw was discussed. It is pointed out that must adopt relevant prevention measures based on the microtopography, the microclimate of the transmission line location and various disastercausing factors.
