Reason analysis of tube cracking of boiler superheater of refusefired power plant and countermeasures

摘要: 通过对厦门后坑垃圾焚烧发电厂#1锅炉二级过热器入口上集箱弯头开裂产生原因进行分析,提出了可行的现场解决方案,有效地防止了类似故障的再次发生,达到了保证锅炉安全运行的目的。

关键词: 弯管开裂, 交变热应力, 密封板, 喷水减温器

Abstract: Several bended tubes of #1 boiler second stage superheater of the Xiamen Houkeng Refusefired Power Plant were failed due to cracking during operation. The reason of tube cracking was analyzed, and the feasible solving scheme was proposed and accomplished; then similar fault was avoided effectively. So the safety operation of boiler had been ensured.
