脱硫系统取消烟气-烟气加热器的可行性分析

摘要: 在国内投运的石灰石-石膏脱硫装置运行中,烟气-烟气加热器的堵灰和故障率较高,直接影响着脱硫装置的安全稳定运行,导致了发电企业机组停运,甚至出现了因脱硫装置停运而受到国家环保部门严厉处罚的情况。引用实际案例说明了取消烟气-烟气加热器的可行性和必要性,同时,对取消烟气-烟气加热器后所带来的问题进行了详细地分析并提出了相应的处理措施。

Abstract: In the operation of domestic limestonegypsum desulphurization devices, the ash fouling and other faults often occurred which directly influenced the safety and stable operation of desulphurization equipment and could cause generation unit outage. The power plant should be severely punished by national environment protection department due to desulphurization equipment outage. By using practical examples, the feasibility and the necessity of eliminating the GGH were illustrated. Simultaneously, the problems created due to elimination of GGH were analyzed in detail, and relevant treatment measures were given.
