摘要: 介绍了清江水布垭水利枢纽进水塔门机650kN回转吊2种起升机构方案的设计思路和主要特点。对回转吊主、副钩起升机构进行了改进,由2个双联卷筒装置的起升机构改为1个双双联卷筒装置,提高了回转吊运行时的同步性,简化了回转吊的机构和结构,提高了门机的抗倾覆稳定性。

Abstract: The design ideas and main features of two hoisting mechanism scheme of 650kN slewing crane in intake tower of Qingjiang Shuibuya hydroproject were introduced. The hoisting mechanism of main hook and auxiliary hook of slewing crane had been improved; the original two joint reels were replaced by one double joint reel. Then the operational synchronicity of slewing crane was increased, the mechanism and structure of slewing crane were simplified, and the antioverturning stability of the gantry crane was enhanced.
