测控装置D25与CZX-12A配合对220kV线路重合闸的影响

摘要: 在对泰州地区某变电所内一起异常情况分析的过程中,发现某公司生产的测控装置D25与采用CZX-12A操继箱的线路保护配合时,如果测控装置内继电器不正常动作,将会闭锁该线路保护的自动重合闸。此时若线路发生单相接地故障,开关单相跳开后重合闸不会动作,将增大单相接地故障转变为多相短路故障的可能,同时也加重了故障点设备的损伤程度,为电网的安全运行埋下了隐患。针对这一现象进行了分析,提出了相应的改进方案。

Abstract: In process of abnormal situation analysis of a substation in Taizhou area, it was found that when the measurement and control device D25 manufactured by certain company was matched with line protection, in which the CZX-12A operational relay box was used, if the relay in measurement and control box acted abnormally, the automatic recloser of the line protection should be latched. In this situation, if a single phase earthing fault occurred, the switch should trip single phase, and the recloser should not recluse, so the single earthing fault may translate into multiphases short circuit fault, and the equipment damage in fault point may be enhanced. This is a hidden danger for safety operation of power grid. The abovementioned phenomenon was analyzed, and relevant improvement scheme was proposed.
