引风机液力偶合器工作油温高和管路振动原因分析及治理

摘要: 三河发电有限责任公司#3、#4锅炉液力偶合器调速引风机由于工作油温度高,无法实现炉膛负压由引风机液力偶合器调速控制,被迫采用入口调节挡板与液力偶合器联合调节方式。为降低工作油温度,将工作油压力提高以增大工作油流量,但工作油压力提高后,管路振动增大,多次造成工作油管路焊口开裂及连接螺栓断裂。经过对液力偶合器系统运行状态研究,采用调整工作油管路节流孔板孔径及重新设计工作油管路支吊、走向的处理方法,使液力偶合器工作油温度降低、管路振动减小。

Abstract: In #3 boiler and #4 boiler of Sanhe Power Generation Corporation Limited, the speed of the induced draft fans is adjusted by hydraulic coupling. The temperature of working oil of hydraulic coupling was higher, so the furnace negative pressure control can not realize only by using the hydraulic coupling, and the combining adjustment mode of hydraulic coupling and inlet regulating damper must be adopted. In order to reduce the working oil temperature, the working oil pressure and oil flow hadbeen increased, but this caused larger pipe vibration, and the welding seam was cracked and the joint bolt was broken due to large vibration. Based on research of the operation conditions of hydraulic coupling, the bore diameter of orifice plate in oil tube was adjusted, and the support and suspension of working oil pipeline and the route of pipeline were redesigned. Then the temperature of working oil of hydraulic coupling was fallen, and the pipe vibration was weakened.
