水环式真空泵工作液冷却水改造

摘要: 某发电公司一期工程安装4台300MW凝汽式汽轮机,每台机组配备2台2BW4353-0型水环式真空泵。该泵工作液冷却水采用以凝汽器的循环水为水源的开式循环冷却水,在夏季运行时冷却效果差,达不到要求,使真空泵出力下降、泵轮气蚀,影响机组的安全和经济运行。对水环式真空泵的原理、运行特点进行了阐述,提出了对真空泵工作液冷却水系统进行改造的方案。

Abstract: There are four 300MW condensing turbines installed in project phase I of a power generation corporation, and two 2BW4353-0 type waterring vacuum pumps were configured for each unit. The working fluid is cooled using open circulating cooling water which is introduced from condenser circulating water, and in summer its cooling effect was bad and this leads to the output of vacuum pump to be reduced and cavitation of pump wheel occurred; so that the safety and economical operation of unit had been influenced. The principle and operation characteristics of waterring vacuum pump were expounded in this paper, and the reformation scheme of vacuum pump working fluid cooling water system was put forward too.
