一种循环水冷却塔系统余压余能利用的方法

A utilization method of residual pressure and residual energy in circulating water cooling tower

摘要: 在工业领域存在着许多万吨级大流量的循环水系统,系统中不仅有许多富余能量和压力,而且通过对其中不合理、不科学部分的改造,可挖掘出更多的可回收能量。循环水能发电系统是将回水能量转化为机械能以后,再进一步将其转化为电能。电能小的可以回馈到系统本身或提供给其他低耗能设备;像火电企业等这种大流量的循环水系统完全可以建立一个独立的循环水能发电站并将所发的电能直接供给电网。该系统对于节能减排具有现实意义。

Abstract: There are many circulating water systems with large flow level of 10000t/h in the industrial domain. The system has much of residual energy and pressure, and, by reformation of their unreasonable and unscientific parts, more recoverable energy could be excavated. The power generation system using residual energy of circulating water will transform the energy of backwater into mechanical energy, and further transform it into electric energy. If the electric energy is small, it can be feedback into system itself or feed other devices with low power demand. But for circulating water system with large flow such as thermal power plant, a independent power generation station using residual energy of circulating water could be built, and its generated electric energy could be directly transmitted to power grid. The system has realistic significance for energysaving and emissionreduction.
