摘要： 分析了小舜江输水泵站一期电气设备改造的必要性，为确保绍兴方向不断水、保障工程质量，对改造方案的安全性、可行性进行了对比和分析。改造工程完成后，泵站运行状态良好，故障率明显减少。

Abstract: The necessity of electrical equipment reformation in Xiaoshunjiang Water Transfer Pumping Station Project Phase I was analyzed. In order to ensure the water feeding to Shaoxing to be no interrupted and to ensure the construction quality of the project, the safety and fasibility of the reformation scheme were analyzed and compared. After reformation, the pumping station operated favorably, and the fault rate was reduced obviously.
