空气预热器堵灰分析与措施

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新疆华电红雁池发电有限责任公司#4锅炉空气预热器严重堵灰，影响了煤粉燃烧的稳定性和电除尘的安全性，被迫停炉人工清除堵灰。针对空气预热器堵灰的情况，分析了空气预热器堵灰的原因，提出了详细的预防措施，有效地解决了空气预热器堵灰及低温腐蚀等问题。

关键词: 空气预热器, 堵灰, 低温腐蚀

Abstract: The serious ash fouling fault was happened in air preheater of boiler No.4 of Xinjiang Huadian Hongyanchi Power Generation Corporation Limited, which influenced on the stability of pulverized coal combustion and the safety of electrostatic precipitator, and the boiler was be compelled to shut down for cleaning the deposited ash manually. The reason of ash fouling in air preheater was analyzed, some detailed preventive measures were put forward, and the problems of ash fouling in air preheater and low temperature corrosion were solved.
