基于氧化皮测量的过热器寿命诊断分析

摘要: 采用快速、无损的锅炉管氧化皮测量技术,结合复膜金相检验,对某电厂过热器管进行检测和寿命诊断。结果表明:过热器管内壁氧化皮厚度均小于0.15mm,金属层厚度未发现明显减薄,硬度正常;12Cr1MoV的老化级别为3级,属于中度老化,TP347已有老化趋势,各管段的剩余寿命均大于60000h。

Abstract: The superheater pipes of a certain power plant were detected by using the fast, non-destructive testing of inside oxide skin of boiler pipes and metallographic examination, and their lifetimes were diagnosed. The result shows that the thickness of inside oxide skin of superheater pipes is less than 0.15mm, the thickness of metal layer is no found to reduce obviously, its hardness is normal, the aging level of 12Cr1MoV is 3 which is moderate aging, TP347shows aging trend, the residual lifetimes of each pipe are longer than 60000h.
