摘要/Abstract

摘要： 广东粤电云浮发电厂有限公司＃１机组润滑油压低联锁保护动作过程中，汽轮机跳闸压力开关先于联动交流、直流油泵的压力开关动作。对联泵压力开关动作滞后的问题进行了试验、分析，针对取样管安装中存在的缺陷进行了改进，压力开关动作滞后的问题得到了解决。

关键词: 润滑油压力开关, 联锁保护, 滞后, 试验, 取样管改进

Abstract: In the process of low lubricant oil pressure interlock protection of unit No.1 in Yunfu Power Plant Corporation Limited of Guangdong Yudean Group Corporation Limited, the action of turbine tripping pressure switch was ahead of the actions of linked AC and DC oil pump pressure switch. The problem of linked pumps pressure switch action delay was analyzed, and relevant test was carried out. Aiming at the defects existed in sampling tube installation, some improvement measures were adopted, and the problem was resolved effectively.
