摘要: 重点介绍了伊敏电厂二期2台600MW亚临界机组除灰渣系统的运行状况及其主要设备的多发故障及采取的处理措施。针对目前开展的节能减排工作,综合分析了内蒙古伊敏发电厂除灰渣系统试行的优化方案,以达到挖掘节能潜力、提高经济效益和机组安全运行之目地。

Abstract: The operations of the ash and slag removing systems of the two 600MW subcritical units in Yimin Power Plant project phase Ⅱ were introduced, some frequently occurring faults of the main equipments were described, and the handling measures adopted were expounded. The ash and slag removing system optimization scheme were analyzed, which is proposed for energy saving and emission reducing. And the trying out of the scheme in Yimin Power Plant shows that the scheme is useful for digging energy saving potential, raising economic benefit and safety operation of units.
