水冷壁泄漏原因分析及处理

摘要: 对广东粤电云浮发电厂有限公司#4锅炉水冷壁泄漏进行了分析,发现刚性梁的结构设计不合理是造成事故发生的主要原因,提出了解决问题的基本方法。改造后水冷壁泄漏的问题得到了解决,锅炉水冷壁运行的稳定性有了很大提高。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the membrane water wall leakage of the Yunfu Power Plant Corporation Limited of Guandong Yudean Groap corporation Limited No.4 boiler, it has been discovered that the stiffening bar unreasonable structure design was the primary reason to cause the problem occurring,by implementing the proposed basic method, the problem has been successfully solved,and the operation stability of the boiler membrane water wall has get a very great improvement.
