三峡电站蜗壳盘形排水阀操作杆断口修复

摘要: 三峡右岸电站#22机组在调试运行中蜗壳盘形排水阀操作杆断裂,在无法更换的前提条件下,只能进行修复。经过认真研究对比,最终采用钨极氩弧焊接和机械加工的方法进行修复。对具体处理方案和处理结果进行了分析和总结,并针对今后同类问题的处理给出了相应的建议。蜗壳盘形排水阀操作杆修复后,满足细长构件的高精度技术要求。

Abstract:

In commission of Unit No.22 of Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station, the volute shaped disk drain valve joystick has broken. The joystick has to be repaired for it is impossible to be replaced. According to careful study and comparison, the tungsten argon arc welding technology and mechanical workout were adopted finally for the repair. The concrete processing scheme and the result were analyzed and summarized, and relevant proposal for the handling of future same problem was given. After the repair, the joystick can meet the technical requirements of highprecision for slender piece.
