摘要： 介绍了水轮机调速器控制工艺、系统组成、调速器程序设计在Quantum PLC中的应用，分析了该系统具体的应用效果，给出了常见事故的解决方案，指出了应注意的事项。

Abstract: The control process and system composition of governor in hydraulic turbine were introduced, the application of governor program design in Quantum PLC was described, the concrete application effect of the system was analyzed, the solving schemes for common faults were given, the matters needing attention were pointed out.
