Reformation of air preheater adopting flexible contact mode sealing technology

摘要: 大唐韩城第二发电有限责任公司回转式空气预热器漏风率大大超过设计值,严重影响了电厂的经济效益。分析了空气预热器漏风的原因,提出用柔性接触式密封技术对空气预热器进行改造,对比改造前、后漏风情况和取得的经济效益,肯定了柔性接触式密封改造技术在回转式预热器的成功应用。

Abstract: The rotary air preheater leakage ratio of Datang Hancheng Second Power Generation Corporation Limited were greatly exceeded the designed value, and this seriously influenced on economical benefit of the power plant. The reason of air-preheater leakage was analyzed, and a reformation method by using flexible contact-type sealing technology was presented. Based on the comparison of air leakages and economical benefits before and after reformation, it can be confirmed that the application of flexible contact type sealing technology in rotary air preheater reformation is successful.
