Study on new strategy of the furnace combustion control system based on the radiant energy signal

摘要: 利用现有的炉膛三维温度场可视化研究成果,引入炉膛辐射能信号作为中间被调量构成串级控制系统。采用遗传算法对模糊控制器进行优化,将其控制策略应用到燃烧控制系统中的汽压控制子系统并进行了仿真试验,利用其结果验证了该算法的可行性。

Abstract: By using the existing research result of visual three dimensional furnace temperature field, the radiant energy signal in furnace, as a middle controlled variable, had been introduced and used to form a cascade control system. The genetic algorithm was adopted to optimize the fuzzy controller, and its control strategy was applied in the steam pressure control subsystem of the combustion control system. The simulation experiment was carried out, and the result verified the feasibility of the algorithm.
