摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对华电国际邹县发电厂四期工程超超临界锅炉供油泵以及燃油系统自2007年以来运行出现的油枪部件泄漏率高、供油系统回油温度高、油枪及打火杆卡涩等问题，从系统的布置方式、设备的结构、设计、安装以及运行维护等方面，分析了造成以上问题的原因，结合已经进行的治理和改造经验，提出了预防措施和建议。

关键词: 油枪, 燃油系统, 卡涩, 漏油, 原因分析

Abstract: The oil feed pump and fuel oil system of the ultrasupercritical boiler in Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant project phase IV were put in operation in 2007. Since then some faults were occurred which includes the frequent oil leakage of oil gun, the higher returnedoil temperature of oil feed system, jam of oil gun and ignition rod and etc. The reasons of these faults were analyzed from system location, structure of equipment, design, installation, operation, maintenance and other aspects. Combining with the experience obtained from accomplished improvement and reformation, some preventive measures and proposals were put forward.
