摘要: 电站锅炉的二次风量约占锅炉总风量的70%,因此,要获得送风和锅炉自动良好的调节品质,必须对锅炉送风量进行准确测量。广州恒运电厂#8机组原二次风量测量装置无法满足测量控制要求,利用机组大修机会改用了FLⅡ型自清灰防堵塞风量测量装置后,实现了准确测量的目的,较好地投入送风和锅炉自动,减少了维护工作量。

Abstract: The second air flow of the power plant boiler is about 70% of boiler total air flow. Therefore, the secondary air flow must be measured accurately to obtain good adjustment quality of draft air and boiler automation. The original secondary air flow measurement device of No.8 unit of Guangzhou Hengyun Power Plant was unable to meet the measurement and control requirement, and it had been replaced by FLII type air flow measurement device with soot selfcleaning and antiblockage function at the unit overhaul. Then accurate measurement of secondary air flow was realized, and draft air and boiler automation were well put into operation, and the maintenance became easy.
