摘要: 黑化集团热电厂YG-75/3.82-M1型循环流化床锅炉在运行中存在中心筒使用周期短、大风帽漏渣、水冷壁沸上段磨损严重等问题,针对这些问题,提出了具体的改造措施。改造技术运用到生产实践中后,提高了锅炉的稳定运行水平,经济效益良好。

Abstract: There were some problems in the operation of YG-75/3.82-M1 circulating fluidized bed boiler in Thermal Power Plant of Heihua Group which included shorter usage period of center cylinder, slag leakage of large air hood, serious wear on boiled upsection of water wall, and etc. Aiming at these problems, the concrete reformation measures were proposed. After the application of the reformation technology in production practice, the stable operation level of the boiler was raised, and favorable economical benefit was obtained.
