330MW火电机组电动机检修维护中的特殊问题

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 由于技术进步、设备升级和机组容量增大等因素，火电机组电动机检修与维护中出现了一些新问题。介绍了大容量异步电动机轴电流的危害及其防范预处理措施，论述了普通三相异步电动机变频运行时出现的问题，对大容量电动机转向问题进行了预先确定，保证了电动机转向的正确性。

Abstract: In overhaul and maintenance of motors of thermal power plant, some new problems were occurred due to the technical progress, the equipment upgrading and unit capacity increasing. The damage of shaft current of heavyduty asynchronous motor and preventive pretreatment measures were introduced, the problems occurred in variable frequency operation of common three phases asynchronous motors were discoursed. The changing direction problem of heavyduty motor was predetermined, and the correctness of changing direction of motor was ensured.
